rip bifm

bifm was a service that bypassed links like ouo.io that were riddled with ads. the project has not been actively maintained over a year ago. as much as i'd love to keep it up, it's a ticking timebomb for both vulnerabilities and hogs resources on the vps it's on.

the code is available here if you'd like to peek into it, although it's a bit of a tangled mess.
